The USS Black Hawk, NCC-75004 is looking for members, especially members of STARFLEET. This is primarily a STARFLEET chapter and as such some of the positions are reserved for STARFLEET Officers. All members of the Command Staff, the Division Chiefs, as well as the Second Officer and the Chief Purser, must be STARFLEET officers, although they may be Correspondent members. The Commanding Officer and the Executive (First) Officer must also be STARFLEET members but also must be living in the city of charter (Rockford, Illinois).

With your STARFLEET membership get you get honorary rank and positions aboard the chapter of your choice (the Black Hawk), which is recognized by thousands around the world, as well as a certificate of membership (appropriate for framing), a membership card (to show off your membership that you are a STARFLEET Officer), six issues a year of the official STARFLEET Newsletter, The Communique, as well as other goodies. You will also receive a copy of the STARFLEET Handbook, which has its constitution and by-laws as well as the most recently printed issue of the Vessel Registry, listing all the chapters of STARFLEET (at the time of publication). Future membership packet will contain a CD with all the membership material, except membership certificate and card. You also will have access to on-line members only access on the STARFLEET Database!
