While this website is design to give information and to celebrate the STARFLEET Chapter USS Black Hawk, NCC-75004, a vast majority of it is design to give members guidelines for writing fan fiction with the officers and crew of the USS Shiloh, USS Black Hawk as well as the USS Ticonderoga, the K'HIg'Den's Lair and other things incorporated into future stories about these adventures.

The main guidelines are as follows:

1. One can use an established characters and vessels in the appropriate times and vessels.
2. None of the main characters backgrounds can be changed except by the original writers or the avatar owners themselves.
3. All stories are subject to approval and editing by the editor, IE - Admiral Higdon, in order to conform to the plot of the main stories line.
4. Crossovers from various universes can happen IE- Star Wars, Starship Troopers, Battlestar Galactica, etc - however the ending must include a satisfactory ending with one or more Black Hawk characters involved.
5. Main characters cannot be killed off unless approved by the avatar's owner or the editor. Kill offs and rebirth is allowed though.

SPECIAL NOTES:

Also remember that there are certain Starfleet Vessels that are manned by the Cha'ouw and still goes by their 'USS' designations. In fact all Cha'ouw Vessels use both 'USS' and 'CIV' (Cha'ouwian Imperial Vessel) All Cha'ouwian vessels use the NCC/NX registries and it is not unusual to have overlapping NCC numbers with other Starfleet vessels, when the ship is a Klingon or Romulan Cha'ouw Vessel. The flagship of the Cha'ouw Imperial Star Fleet is the USS (CIV) Cha'ouw, NCC-1776, Vho'Cha Class Battle Cruiser. Federation Starships manned by the Cha'ouw never overlap.
