Stardate : First weld on mainframe of superstructure matted for new Intrepid Class Starship, the first to be constructed in the new Henderson Spacedock Platform.

Stardate : Outer hull completed as main warp drive is installed. Starfleet designates registration number as NX-74683, to be changed upon commissioning to NCC-74683.

Stardate : Crew assignments outside Starfleet Engineer Corps begin with assignment of Lieutenant, j.g. Robert Baker, former member of ultra-secret Transfire project, to be Chief Engineering Officer.

Stardate : Starfleet Commands issues orders for Commander Jeffery Higdon, at the time in command of the Scientific Research Runabout Shiloh, NCC-1881/4, to take command of NCC-74683 on Stardate 51016.4. Per Commander Higdon's request, Starfleet Command assigns the command crew of Runabout Shiloh to NCC-74683 effective earliest possible.

Stardate : Starfleet Command issues name for NCC-74683 - SHILOH, to take effect upon commissioning.

Stardate : Commander Jeffery Higdon promoted to Captain. Lieutenant Commander Karen Higdon, assigned as First Officer, promoted to Commander.
